HOST - CASUAL

This role is often the face of the guest experience pivotal in representing Hillcrest Merimbula throughout all aspects of the guest’s journey, from pre-arrival to post departure to ensure a memorable and satisfactory visit. Experience within a similar role preferred.


Housekeeper - Part Time

Hillcrest seeks experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our Housekeeping team on a casual basis. An individual with commitment to quality work and attention to detail whom is confident in the provision of a beautifully presented guest and staff working environment.


HEAD CHEF

An individual responsible to champion and manage the entire food and beverage strategy for Hillcrest Merimbula in line with the brands ethos and vision. Vast food knowledge and passion, confidence in building a venue, leading, inspiring, training and capable to oversee all financial targets and objectives. Immediate start.


HOUSEMAN - CASUAL

The Hillcrest Housemen is an individual capable to independently assist in the maintenance and upkeep of our grounds and provide support to our housekeeping, and reception team. An eye for detail in presentation of the properties grounds, landscaping and public areas. A multi skilled individual with an authentic approach to customer service and an overall team player eager to assist all departments and guest needs as needed. Must have a license.
