Our top floor Deluxe Rooms offer a light filled retreat inspired by Merimbula’s coastal charm, complete with private balconies and beautiful sea views. Designed for comfort and relaxation, each room features a curved lounge, generous natural light, and space to unwind whether you are watching a show or simply soaking in the outlook.
This room category is available in three configurations: King, Twin Single, and Pet Friendly. Our two dedicated pet friendly rooms welcome your four legged companion, with a one off $65 cleaning fee applied per stay.

King Room with Sea View
Take a trip back in time in our Sunrise Rooms, which celebrate the original features of our 1970s motel alongside new additions, with uninterrupted views of Merimbula and the South Coast from the floor-to-ceiling windows of these first-floor rooms.
Our Sunrise Rooms sleep up to two adults in a king bed, with the ability for interconnecting rooms - ideal for families and groups of four.
Family Room with Sea View
Two interconnecting bedrooms: a king-bed retreat with ensuite, and a second room with two king singles and a sofa bed. Both include smart TVs with complimentary Netflix and Kayo.
Enjoy panoramic views of Merimbula and the South Coast from floor-to-ceiling windows. Sleeps four, with an optional fifth on the sofa bed (extra fee applies).
Deluxe Suite with Sea View
A blend of retro charm and modern comfort, this spacious top-floor suite features original details from our 50-year-old motel paired with contemporary touches. Enjoy sweeping South Coast views from your private wraparound balcony.

The Crest Apartment
Take in sweeping views of Merimbula and the Sapphire Coast from your private deck. Styled with coastal tones and modern finishes, this one-bedroom apartment is perfect for longer stays or self-catering, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with Smeg appliances, breakfast bar, ensuite, and internal laundry with Miele washer/dryer.
Sleeps two adults, with a 50” TV in the bedroom for added comfort.

Perched above Merimbula with sweeping ocean views, The Hillcrest Residence is a beautifully designed two bedroom retreat where generous living spaces, curated interiors and all-day natural light create an effortless sense of escape.
Featuring a private kitchen, sunken lounge, formal dining room and expansive private balcony, this light-filled residence offers the comfort of a coastal home with the signature details and service of Hillcrest.
